Syncing my usb thumb drive

I have a usb thumb drive that has all of my college work on (backed up of course), but is there anyway to get arch to sync with this drive and say have a folder on my PC that whenever the usb thumb drive gets plugged in, the folder gets updated to have the same contents of the usb stick?

Its a long shot, but it would be nice.

You can use unison to do it. I use it to sync my desktop and laptop.

Yup

[root@marbles /]# pacman -Ss unison
extra/unison 2.13.16-1
    Unison is a file-synchronization tool
