Wrong Font & Font Size in XFCE [SOLVED]

Problem:
Wrong Font & Font Size in XFCE
After running the GTK Styles and Fonts program (i.d kcshell) in Xfce the font and font size was wrong and couldn't be changed back.

Solution:
by stonecrest:
rm ~/.gtkrc-2.0

Safe Config
--lallepot

try deleting the ~/.gtkrc-2.0 file (or moving it)
