gas, where is it?

I cannot seem to find gas (GNU assembler) on my system, or pacman -S it (not available).
So where is it?

I guess you're looking for as, which is a part of binutils package, already installed on your system.

Ah right, on most systems it's gas that's why I got confused. Thanks.
