I've had a slice of my hard drive dedicated to playing with linux for a little while, and one night I thought I'd dive into it and meander. Then a few days go by and all I can think of at work is coming home to my computer! Kinda feels guilty when I'm glad to have some time alone at my comp when my girlyfriend is out ![]()
I'm gonna go back to quietly nestling in pacman and AUR repositories ...
And thanks to all on this forum! You've all been a great, great help and I'm comtributing all I can ![]()

I'm glad you're enjoying it. It's always nice to see linux reverse the hatred for technology that closed source software seems to foster.
btw, your avatar is the freakiest thing.. I think I might have to stop reading your posts or I'll get nightmares! ![]()

I just push linux on as many of my friends as I can. Those who aren't repulsed are friends still. Women Included.

There shouldn't be any reason to learn more editor types than emacs or vi -- mg (1)
[You learn that sarcasm does not often work well in international forums. That is why we avoid it. -- ewaller (arch linux forum moderator)

Nerdiness != Geekiness
Unless you're a trekkie (sp? I don't care), then you're a nerd. Nerd. (J/K)

Nerdiness != Geekiness
Quite: Speccy != Techie
I go to great pains to highlight this to people, although you can be a geek and a nerd, they are not mutual exclusive. I am a geek, but not a nerd, e.g. generally I suck at Math...
