pidgin segfault

pidgin 2.0.0-3 segfaulting after i enter 'correct' password (its not happen when i enter wrong password) and im using xfce.

I just tested it and it worked for me. Specifically, using 2.0.0-3 and a Yahoo account.

I suggest you delete your pidgin prefs (in ~/.purple for some reason) and maybe any leftover Gaim ones that you might have (in ~/.gaim).

thank you for your suggestion, but it didn't work (i even try it in new clean user)

I don't know then. If you're using 64-bit, that might be the difference - I'm on 32.

The same here, happens with msn. It crashes, and i can't even produce an error in the konsole.

Runs here fine on 64-bit....don't blame Arch64 for this error.....It runs as stable as 32-bit wink
