Hello, this particular thing is just a minor glitch, but still weird.
This is how Opera menus look like in Windows: screenshot
This is Ubuntu: screenshot
And this is Arch: screenshot
Does anybody have an idea how to make the Arch's Opera menus look like those on Ubuntu? TIA.

Either you are running the static version of opera or you are not running KDE...
On other environments like gnome etc you can use qtconfig to set another theme for qt-based apps...

Funny thing, Opera looks nealy the same for me here (KDEmod)

Of course i'm not running KDE. Neither in Ubuntu, nor in Arch. I prefer Xfce. And I don't think that Opera is static; i just ran 'pacman -S opera' and it installed both Opera an Qt. Alrite, i'll try that qtconfig...

As said, opera looks fine here and uses the applied KDE style...
There are also many opera themes available for download, just go to Tools --> Appearance --> Skin --> Show more skins...

I'm using opera with xfce4 but before using qtconfig you might want to install the polymer theme in community first.

Thanks for the polymer tip. Now the menus look different than on Ubuntu, but still very nice. I always knew it has something to do with KDE libs and stuff, but i didn't wanna install the whole KDE. Unfortunately Opera skins/themes don't affect the menu bar.

A bit more tweaking in the qtconfig, and now it looks waaay better than ubuntu and windows combined. Big thanks to y'all!

How about an updated screenshot?
