Floppy probe error during install

when i try to boot from Duke64 minimal CD. i get a message, repeated somewhere around for 50 times, something like this:

Floppy Probe:  error: device not found

i also get this:

end_request: I/O error, fd0, sector 0
Buffer I/O error on device fd0

if i reboot then sometimes i do not get this message e.g. in 3 out of 10 boots it does not show me any probe errors like that. with Arch i686 i do not have any problem.

Duke64 installs successfully without any trouble. though i never tried any floppy with it. i just want to know what was the trouble..... Arch64 ISO bug ?
