That's odd, it should be in extra.

extra/python-sqlobject 0.9.0-1

You didn't remove the extra repo, did you ? (check pacman.conf)

Did you switch mirror? Or maybe your mirror just lost the [extra] for some reasons (backup driven?) and didn't sync yet.

this is because there's an out-of-date version in testing, and the one you installed (from extra) is newer than it.  You have [testing] specified above [extra] in pacman.conf so pacman is using the testing package first, and seeing that it's older than your local version.

Though, I never ran into this situation (testing package older)
