two very closely related packages with same problem == 2 bug-reports?

courtesy-question:
reiser4progs and libaal are both configured with prefix /usr.
I have /usr on a separate partition, so boot-time fsck's are impossible.
So, the problem is exactly  the same, the packages very closely related...

Question is: Do i post 1 or 2 bug-reports? (I don't like to create redundant stuff )

1 bug report would be enough in this case. Especially since iphitus maintains both packages.
