where is kmenu (menu update tool) and File Manager - Super user mode?

I'm embarrassed to ask this but I cannot for the life of me find these two packages or what package they are in.....I know, you'd think it would be a quick google away - but not for me:rolleyes:

If anyone could just point me in the right direction i'd appreciate it. I some how lost them playing with kdemod, reinstalling and generally moving and re-doing my lappy.

As always,
Thanks-
McRae

I believe that kmenuedit is part of KDEBase, and it is included in KDEMod. I don't know where the SU Konqueror button is, but the command is:

kdesu kfmclient openProfile filemanagement

Re: where is kmenu (menu update tool) and File Manager - Super user mode?

Thanks for the code Skottish. Yeah, I'm at a loss trying to figure out where my menu updating tool went. I use kdemod (and love it) on my main lap top and my main desktop machine - both are missing the kmenu update tool, which makes me think I just haven't installed the right package or module.
As far as the super user mode - hehe I deleted the desktop link, but with the cli I can bring it up - now I just need my menu editor to add it to my menu again....

Thanks again,
McRae

If you right click on the KDE menu icon, "Menu Editor" is not there?

Well - how about that:D
Thanks skottish - I must say - you rock!

.....I never realized it was there. I'm used to the menu edit and update tool being in the utility section. But cool - thanks again skottish.
