change for FAT filesystems in 2.6.22 (slow df)

I'm currently running tpowa's 2.6.22-rc5 kernel and noticed that 'df -h' takes a lot more time than usual for a vfat partition on my external harddisk.
See git.kernel.org or kernelnewbies.org for the reason why a change was necessary.

As my disk won't come into contact with "the recent Windows" I'll add 'usefree' to my mount options in /etc/fstab.
