Error in the GRUB

Hi, at install GRUB, report this error, so i can't continue instalation.

Error: Cheking if "/boot/grub/stage1" exists...no
Cheking if "/grub/stage1" exists...no
Error 15: File not found

Probing devide to guess Bios drives. This may take a long time. Could not find  device for /boot: not found or not block device

It sounds like you might have tried to install grub to the wrong partition, or a partition that did not contain a /boot dir. Were you still inside the installer and on the last step inalling grub? Were you trying to install grub to the mbr?  It would be helpful if you could tell us your partition layout and where you want to instal grub.
