[Bug] QDevelop

Hi ! QDevelop won't start after installing !

QDevelop can't be execute :

[~]$ ls /usr/bin/QDevelop
-rw-rw-r-- 1 root root 3028392 jun  3 15:27 /usr/bin/QDevelop

So ! I change some right :

[~]$ chmod u+x /usr/bin/QDevelop

And QDevelop start !!!

Please modify package !!
