Can't open beryl settings manager

That's it, i can't open beryl settings manager, I right click on the beryl icon, then beryl settings manager and it doesn't open it... so i can't configure it. I want to add skydome, change caps, zoom, etc. I tried also running beryl-settings and drops me this error

I remember that happened to me, it was an easy fix, I just needed to set my locale
