Fix performance issues with flash in opera

Hey, i found a little trick to improve flash performance in opera. It may be of interest for others, so i post it here.

Just export OPERAPLUGINWRAPPER_PRIORITY=0 before starting opera or add it to your /etc/profile or somewhere else...
