A question about hellanzb and zussaweb

I'm essentially following this guide. (but substituted the bits for apps using pacman and AUR)
http://directorioenlinea.com.mx/fedora/ … h-machine/

hellanzb is used for handling nzb files.
zussaweb is basically the web front-end to administer hellanzb and add new things to download in a more convenient manner.

hellanzb is python based, and I *think* zussaweb calls for zope. (A python web server type solution).

While hellanzb works fine in the command line, I'm unable to see anything with zussaweb. Which you use a web browser to call: http://hellanzb@localhost:8760/zussaweb

All I get is a blank page. Aren't I supposed to get some sort of interface?

Does anyone know if zope is supposed to be running while using hellanzb and zussaweb?

When I try to run zope by using this: /opt/zope-3/zopeskel/bin/zopectl.in start
I get this: bash: /opt/zope-3/zopeskel/bin/zopectl.in: <<PYTHON>>: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

What's specifically causing this problem?
