democracyplayer needs sqlite3

when i installed democracy, it failed because it needed "libsqlite", which I tracked down to sqlite.  I did a "pacman -S sqlite3" and then democracyplayer would run.  Shouldnt pacman have automatically installed sqlite3?

sqlite3 is not listed as a dependency, but someone else already noticed that and put a comment in aur.

The maintainer will probably correct it soon.
