GTK related crashes

If I'm running Swiftfox and Thunderbird, and then start Exaile, both Swiftfox and Thunderbird crash.
The error message is something like: /opt/swiftfox/run-mozilla.sh: line 131:  5251 Segmentation fault      "$prog" ${1+"$@"}

After the crash I can start Swiftfox and Thunderbird normally, and close and start Exaile without it affecting anymore. So it happens only on first start of Exaile after boot, if I'm already running Swiftfox and Thunderbird.

Swiftfox and Thunderbird get their UI font configuration from ~/.gtkrc-2.0. After the crash Swiftfox and Thunderbird use the same font as Exaile until reboot, even though this font is something else than in ~/.gtkrc-2.0. Closing any of the applications won't help. In order to get Swiftfox and TB using the font in ~/.gtkrc-2.0 again I have to reboot. And I can't run Exaile. So I guess it all happens because of a bad configuration or something. But what are the files that could cause this?
