Usb mouse problem in kernel 2.6.22

Hi!

After upgrading to the 2.6.22 kernel in testing for Arch64 I have trouble with my usb-mouse.

I have a usb keyboard and a usb mouse connected to the usb-hub in my monitor and this has worked without problem before.
Now I have to have my monitor switched on for it to detect my mouse and if I switch it off and turn it on again I can't use the mouse without a reboot.
My keyboard works every time without problem.

For some reason I had to change the device used in my xorg.conf from /dev/input/mice to /dev/input/mouse1 for X to work at all.

From  Xorg.0.log when booting when the monitor is switched of:
(**) Configured Mouse: Core Pointer
(**) Option "Device" "/dev/input/mouse1"
(EE) xf86OpenSerial: Cannot open device /dev/input/mouse1
        No such file or directory.
(EE) Configured Mouse: cannot open input device
(EE) PreInit failed for input device "Configured Mouse"
(II) UnloadModule: "mouse"
(WW) No core pointer registered
(II) XINPUT: Adding extended input device "Configured Keyboard" (type: KEYBOARD)
No core pointer

Anyone knows why this is happening and if I can change anything in my configuration to get it to work?
