can somebody to add Scribus (desktop publisher for linux, a very powerfull tool) to package?

From the looks of it there is a package called scribus-devel and it's corresponding documentation in staging in the turs, so you could add:

[staging]
Server = ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/tur/staging

to your /etc/pacman.conf to install it via pacman.
