Error message to check if AT-SPI installed but it is installed........

When Gnome load I get the following error:

Assistive technology support has been requested for this session, but the accessibility registry was not found. Please ensure that the      package is installed. Your session has been started without assistive technology support.

but:

$ sudo p -S at-spi
:: at-spi-1.18.1-2: local version is up to date. Upgrade anyway? [Y/n] n
warning: at-spi-1.18.1-2 is up to date -- skipping
 local database is up to date
