Have you tried reinstalling terminal or deleting the terminal config file from ~.config?
Offline
- reinstall didn`t help.
- if you meant for "terminalc" file then nope, i tried that
maybe is something with the locale? i added recently some locale
this is the output of locale -a
c
posix
en_us.utf8
he_il.utf8
pacman always told me
warning: current locale is invalid; using default "C" locale

Are you up-to-date?
You may also have an error in your ~/.bashrc, ~/.bash_profile or /etc/profile (I assume you use bash as your default shell).
Does other terminal app work? (e.g. xterm, aterm, gnome-terminal, etc..)?
Just what came to my mind without thinking. May and may not be useful

What happened to Arch's KISS? systemd sure is stupid but I must have missed the simple part ...

".bashrc" located on my home directory ? couse i don't see it?
Offline
From 'man bash':
~/.bashrc
The individual per-interactive-shell startup file
Terminal tries to run an interactive shell, which, in most default settings, is bash. A nonexistent .bashrc file should not be fatal, but may cause problems in some emulators.. Try make an empty ~/.bashrc file at least, just to be sure..

And what about other terminal emulators (xterm, aterm, etc...)? Do they work?
If they work, I'd blame xfce terminal, if they do not work, error is probably in shell configuration..

i installed aterm/xterm but i can`t open them ( ALT+f2 "usr/bin/aterm" "/usr/bin/xterm" )
i don`t get error just nothing happen
then the prob` is with shell configuration? ( in another hand , terminal working fine just the emulator doesn't)

Looks like a shell problem to me.. Try to log in a virtual console (i.e. press CTRL+ALT+F1 - usual amount of VC's is 6, so you can press F1 to F6) and see what happens.
To get back to X, just press ALT+F7 (probably F7. If F7 does not work, just keep pressing ALT+CURSOR_LEFT or CURSOR_RIGHT until you get to an X console).

the virtual consoles work fine

By "works fine" you mean you can log in and work as usual (except for graphical applications of course), or just that switching to a VT is possible?
Sorry for my scepticism..it's just caused by personal experience..;)

EDIT: typo..

what is it "VT"?

Sorry, I meant VC as Virtual Console. Although virtual consoles are sometimes referred to as VT's, but don't ask me why
As for your problem, try checking your ~/.bashrc and ~/.bash_profile. When you log in in VC, bash is started as login shell, when you run any terminal emulator, bash is usually started as normal shell (i.e. not login shell). That may cause the problem, but it's out of scope of my knowledge so I cannot tell you anything for sure..

the case has been solved - i uncomment the line in /etc/fstab to mount devpts
thank you anyway!!

Of course! I wonder why I didn't remember that. devpts provides an interface for pseudo-terminals, which are used among other things in X terminal emulators..
Why did you have it commented anyway?
