[solved] Which program use a file or a filesystem ?

Hello

I am looking for a command to know which program uses a given file or a filesystem.
This program can be used for instance when you cannot umount because of an occupied filesystem.

I know such a program exists because I have already used it !
The point is that I cannot remember its name (Google did not help me).
