grub and X
hello. well, the problem is that when i add "vga=773" in the menu.lst, X fails to start.
the last line of the error says:
Cannot run in framebuffer mode. Please specify busIDs...what can be the problem?...
thx.
chown -R us /home/your/.base

Please tell us what videocard you're using and post your /etc/X11/xorg.conf
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
(A works at time B) && (time C > time B ) ≠ (A works at time C)
