Speaker Recording?
A friend and I have decided to start creating podcast, but since we are in different areas of the world, We've been talking on Skype, What I'd like to be able to do, is record what he's saying, and what I am saying. But I want to record what he's saying WITHOUT using my mic + speakers, because that damages the quality. I want to be able to record the sound coming out of my speakers, and record my voice on my mic. Are there any applications to do this?

Audacity can do that. I'm not sure if you can record what your friend is saying and what you're saying from within one Audacity instance at once, but opening one instance per source may work.
