.serverauth.xxxx files in ~/?
After long use long list of .serverauth.xxxx files appeared in my home dir. Looks like each reboot gives new file of this type.
I just want to know for what they are used and is it safe to remove them?

I remove them fairly often. I honestly don't know why they build up like that; I think there's only ever supposed to be 1, removed whenever you quit X, but I might be wrong.
Doesn't hurt to get rid of 'em.
