Bluethooth headset, how to pair it?

Hello,

latest bluez-utils don't gives a way to show up a message to ask for a PIN.
I'm using Kbluetooth but doesn't seem that I'll have the chance to pair my bluetooth headset.
I got something working before, but now is different, still trying to see if I'll be able to use BT headset with Skype.
