Keyboard problem

Hi guys, I want to configure my keyboard, almost everything is going well,

my accent is going well:  é á é ã  ê ,

but my "ç" key is not working ... if I press nothing happen.

and my Alt Gr is not working too

what should I do (my interrogation isn't working too)

I solve de problem using the Keyboard Layout in Kde...
