Will arch linux ever use delta packages?

I like the idea of delta packages. No more downloading openoffice again for one tiny update I've heard some distros like Fedora are going to put it in. I'm just wondering if it's possible in Arch

Althought I'm one of that mad that runs arch in a dialup connection,  I really would like
a feature like this.. it'ss 2007 here, and still no broadband...
