madfuload: A firmware uploader for M-Audio devices

My third PKGBUILD!

M-Audio (formerly Midiman) has released several pieces of hardware that require a firmware upload upon every hotplug. madfuload is a utility that detects the affected hardware via udev rules and uploads firmware appropriately.

Without madfuload, these select devices will appear to be ready but will not respond when interacted with by the user.

This is the initial release. As of now, the firmware only gets uploaded to the devices the first time they are present. I will try to fix this soon and upload a new package. If you have a solution, please post it as a comment and I will update it!

DON'T FORGET to adjust the sound card levels on your mixer! If this is the second sound card on your computer and you are using alsa, adjust it by using the command "alsamixer -c 1" See the man page for alsamixer for more details.
