Problem with GlobalSign Root CA [SOLVED]

Hi There,
I am trying to run Citrix to connect to my Uni. When it is running , it pops up an error window, saying that:
You have not chosen to trust "GlobalSign ServerSign CA", the issuer of the server's security certificate (SSL error 61)

what can i do to fix this certificate problem ? highly appriciate for your help.

- Debug Citrix to see where it's looking for that certificate or to find some option to tweak.

Thanks everybody for help.
I go to this website to download the certificate (both .crt and .pem )

I put them into /usr/lib/ICAClient/keystore/cacerts directory, chown as root.sys and chmod as 444. Everything is working fine now.
