VGA-out on intel GMA 950 displays two weird lines of pixel

Hi

I have 17" Samsung LCD connected on VGA port to my Lenovo C200 with Intel GMA 950 graphic card.
The screen resolution is 1280x1024. The LVDS (notebook screen) is off.
I'm using xf86-video-intel 2.1.1-1 video driver, newest kernel26suspend2 2.6.22.6-1.
The lines are there either I use compiz-fusion or kwin.
When using 1024x768 on LVDS they dissapear, on VGAout with lower resolutionn also they're not there.

The red circles sign the spot where the lines appear, or where the pixels disappear.
On the second screen you can see that there's something like misplacement of pixels. The arrow on the right points the yellow icon, and we can see in the left circle some pixels from that yellow icon from the right side of the screen!

Mayby someone has the same problem?
Is it the software ? Or my hardware.. graphic card? LCD?
