MOTD in ArchLinux

What is the file that, when booted before the prompt displays a message of the day or some ASCII graphic?

Re: MOTD in ArchLinux

No, the MOTD displays AFTER the login. I need before login a message like "This computer is subject to blablabla" instead of the usual Arch Dont Panic and version stuff.
