[solved] GTK theme editing

I have this GTK theme.  I want to edit it.  See the "File, Edit," etc?  I want to change that text color to black.  How would I do this?  I have gtkrc open in gedit (as seen in screenshot), but I don't know what to change.

I'm thinking it is menubar which is why I have it shown in the screenshot.

edit: Yeah I was right.  Nevermind.
