cdfs + mpd: How to use?

Hello all!

I am using openbox, so I am trying to use a small audio cd player. I already use mpd + sonata to play audio files, but it cannot play audio cd. Someone told me to try out cdfs + mpd, but I cannot find anything in the web how to use it. Does anyone use cdfs + mpd? How to setup it?
