Arch repo mirror in Taiwan

I am just wondering why the repo mirror hosted by CLE is removed from the pacman's repo list
ftp://cle.linux.org.tw/pub/ArchLinux/
It is alive and keeps syncing the packages, doesn't it? It's also a very fast mirror for asia people.
Any reason to this?
