well, i bought my 400gb hard drive today, to setup arch linux on my desktop.
but i still have 2 small irritations, i think KDE related on my test system. would like to know how to resolve them in case i run into them on my desktop
1: i can't get any samba shares working. when i right click on a folder, and go to the sharing tab, if i click on configure sharing, nothing happens
2: i can't use the kde network manager. i get some XML error, i forget what it is, i can post a screen shot or details later tonight
