/ partition question

so i'm in a bit of a pickle. when i setup arch last night....i made a type when i partitioned my drive, i intended to have the / partitoin around 50gbs, and then my /home partition take teh rest of my 400gb hard drive.........anyway, i just realized i forgot a 0 and i only have a 5gb / partition

so i've got my /home partition erased at the moment, so i can resize the / part to take a little more space and then i can make a new home partition.......i need help tohugh, i dont know how to resize it and i have dialup.....if thats of any indication of what tools i can download to do so

pacman -S qtparted
im not sure if it will allow you too resize a mounted partition
or reinstall & double check before you commit to install

ya, i found the live CD.....but again, dialup. it was hard enough getting this thing somewhere that i could update everything this morning. im going to build a repo on a dvd with my pacman cache and reinstall. thanks anyways guys

well, i just finished reinstalling it. i used the python script in the wiki to build a repo with my pacman cacheand put it on a dvd. its updating and installing some stuff right now, hopefully i wont have any problem with my nvidia drivers this time
