OpenOffice 2.3 & Trebuchet MS font not showing Greek - uglier fonts

After the new pacman upgrade of OpenOffice from 2.2.1-3 to 2.3.0-1 I cannot type in Greek with Trebuchet MS font. When changing layout from English into Greek it only types small rectangles. The other fonts get rendered OK with regard to Greek, but they show much uglier than before. So I downgraded to version 2.2.1-3 and everything is back to normal, and the fonts look very nice.

I want to stress this, because this is the second app that misbehaves after an upgrade, concerning Greek character rendering. The other one has been aterm, which in its newest version doesn't render accented Greek characters at all (only unaccented). I had to downgrade to previous version in aterm as well to use various apps via aterm (vim comes to mind). I'm afraid that I'll be stuck in "previous versions" if this continues.

check OOo issuezilla. sounds like an upstream bug.
