Prevent pacman from updating packages

Hello!

I'm actually not a fan of kernel updates (nVidia, some custom modules... ). Is there any way to prevent pacman from updating my kernel, but run all other updates?

Hello,

Adding "IgnorePkg=kernel26" to /etc/pacman.conf should do it .  Check "man pacman.conf".

Block extra kernel module packages too, otherwise you'll end up with incompatible modules.
