OOo export to pdf, commenting not allowed

I want to export a document from openoffice to pdf with commenting allowed, but whatever I try I get a document in which commenting is not allowed.

Any ideas ?

[edit] or is this only possible with acrorad prof. ?

Re: OOo export to pdf, commenting not allowed

if you click file=>export to pdf the last tab has some options pertaining to this.

Re: OOo export to pdf, commenting not allowed

I played with those options, however without result. I may be missing something obvious in either openoffice or acrobat reader though...

I found a temporary workaround for my current needs which is adding comments in openoffice before exporting to pdf, but I still would like to know what I am doing wrong tongue

Re: OOo export to pdf, commenting not allowed

I've never personally used this feature. However, perhaps it is just a limitation of OOo's PDF implementation.
