Sound and Microphone on different sound cards

Hi! Everyone.

I went from Ubuntu to Archlinux, and in Ubuntu, I was able to get both my sound and microphone working (out of the box).
The thing is, I tried to do this on Arch, but I only got the sound to work.

Here's my lspci | grep audio

00:06.0 Multimedia audio controller: nVidia Corporation nForce2 AC97 Audio Controler (MCP) (rev a1)
01:06.0 Multimedia audio controller: Creative Labs SB Audigy LS

My headset's earphones are attached to the Creative Labs card, while my headset's Microphone is attached to the on board nForce2 card.

I went through the following guide :
http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ALSA
But apparently, with that guide I could only get the sound to work.

So what I'm trying to do is basically get my microphone to work. Does anyone have any clue that would help me?

smile Thanks for reading
