Xterm configure????

My locale is "ko_KR.UTF-8." (I am korean)
I can see Hangul(Korean) in xterm, only normal font..(not bold),
when exeute command "ls"( alias ls --colour=auto).
Directory name and execute file name is bold font and
bold korean font is appeared in rectacgle shape.
So I fixed config file in "/usr/share/X11/app-default/Xterm" and "/usr/share/X11/app-default/Xterm-color".
But nothing is changed(background color and font name...etc)

So I want not to use bold font in xterm. how can I do?
Or I wonder xterm support another ttf fonts, if that
How to change font? I tried....but nothing changed..

And another question is..
I didn't install any other Korean fonts, I am using only Xwindows fonts.
In xterm, I found strange Korean font(called gulim font), but
I can't see that font in "xfontsel".
where does it come from??

*I am not good at English... understand me plz.

There shouldn't be any reason to learn more editor types than emacs or vi -- mg (1)
