Can't synch current (mirror file shot) SOLVED

For a while now I've been getting "couldn't synchronize current" errors when I tried to upgrade anything. Looking, I just noticed that my /etc/pacman.d/current file has mysteriously disappeared. I tried rebuilding it from one of the other mirror lists, but that didn't work too well.
Is there a tool that can do that, or can I download the file somewhere?
