Nvidia + xorg 7.3 = pointer captured by tv

I just updated to the testing repo and with my setup of two screens, screen0 monitor and screen1 tv, when I move my mouse to the tv screen it captures it and doesn't allow it to go back to the monitor. Does anyone have any ideas on this one. Thanks for any help provided and let me know if you need more info.
