weird superkaramba issue please help

I downloaded KClock and some other widgets in superkaramba, then I deleted superkaramba directory under ~/.KDE/share/apps/superkaramba
now the widgets dont work and I am not able to reinstall them because I see a tick mark when I click "get new stuff"

Please see the picture attached. KClock is not installed yet it is tickmarked in the new widgets window
