My last "pacman -Syu" upgraded the following packages:
desktop-file-utils
flac
libpng
libart-lgpl
sqlite3
Now I get the following errors when trying to start Liferea:
libnm_glib_nm_state_cb: dbus returned an error.
(org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown) The name org.freedesktop.NetworkManager was not provided by any .service files
*** glibc detected *** /usr/bin/liferea-bin: free(): invalid pointer: 0x080f8b38 ***
maybe something related to sqlite3 (it's a liferea dependency)?
any suggestion?

See this: http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/8257
The solution, as of now, is to downgrade libpng to 1.2.20-1.

Could it be this is affecting other Gnome-based apps too? I have evolution cracking up here since the upgrade to libpng 1.2.21... I grabbed the 1.2.22-rc package linked to on the bug tracker.

libpng has been updated to 1.2.22rc1 but liferea still doesn't start. I'll try to downgrade to libpng 1.2.20
