Arch 0.7.1 + Win4Lin

Hi,

I need to run Win4Lin 9x, so I have to run a distro with kernel 2.6.14 (max. 2.6.15).

I wanted to run Arch Linux and I downloaded an image of version 0.7.1 because it had the appopriate kernel, but I cannot find any repository to support that version of Arch. Where to get kernel sources and the necessary packages to patch and compile a Win4Lin enabled kernel?
Also need a VNC client for Arch.
Can anybody help with this issue?
