gen_sip_api.py and gen_python_api.py

Hi!
During eric4 installation, pacman said:

==> the gen_sip_api.py and/or gen_python_api.py script available
==> on the eric4 contribution page or get ready made api-files
==> from this contribution page.

Where can I find those scripts?
