can a topic be shown as marked if i've posted something in ?

You have a couple of options to do this already, although not with a specific mark. You can either look at the bottom of the forum index page and click on "Show your posts" to see a list of all the topics you've posted in, or you can manually subscribe to posts you want to follow by clicking the "Subscribe to this topic" link underneath the replies...then to check up on those, you go to the index page and click on "Show your subscribed topics" link near the bottom of the page once again.
